Chromogene Faktor VIII-Bestimmung
Der Chromogene Bethesda Assay
Emicizumab stört die Bestimmung der F VIII-Restaktivität im herkömmlichen One-Stage-Bethesda-Assay. Auch nach vorhergehender Hitzebehandlung wird Emicizumab nicht inaktiviert.
Coamatic F VIII ist ein chromogener F VIII-Test, dessen Komponenten bovinen Ursprungs sind. Dadurch wird die F VIII-Bestimmung insentitiv gegenüber Emicizumab. Die Methode des chromogenen Bethesda Assays (CBA) wurde in 2 großen Studien beschrieben und validiert.
